  9. locale.library provides an ARexx host, which can be used for localizing ARexx
  10. scripts. This host does not provide access to all functions of locale.library,
  11. however. This library provides the missing functions, but is not intended as
  12. an replacement for the ARexx host of locale.library.

  14.  This archive contains the source for RexxLocalDates.library. The
  15. source is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2,
  16. which is described in the file COPYING.
